Pozieres Memorial Park
Some will be aware that I have been involved with the Pozieres Remembered group. Led by Barry and Von Gracey, the aim is to establish a memorial park to honour the service and sacrifice of those who served at Pozieres. The park is to be mainly funded by the sale of bricks - I have purchased several for members of my family who were killed during WW1 and WW2.The park will be located near the Windmill - the site that Bean stated "is more densely sown with Australian sacrifice than any other place on earth."
